Meet the team
In Lewis’s words“I started Kolb Homes because I was frustrated by a problem the industry had never solved. There is a huge amount of construction knowledge in the industry, but clients rarely get direct access to it. Instead, they are often passed between salespeople and client representatives who may not have the experience to identify a problem or explain the best solution.
I have worked in drafting and construction since I was 17, so I can read a working drawing, identify issues before they reach site and explain the available options clearly. I brought that experience into a role usually filled by a salesperson because I believe clients deserve advice from someone who understands both the design and the build.”
In Kim’s words“I manage the administration, marketing, website and social media behind Kolb Homes. I keep each new home journey organised, support our clients throughout the process and research land opportunities across Perth to help families find a block that suits their budget, preferred location and future plans.
During Perth’s recent land shortage, I have helped many families and first home buyers find the right block and take that exciting first step towards building a new home.”
