You get paid. $3,000 to you once their construction starts.
No limit

There's no cap - refer two friends who build, that's $6,000. The only condition is the payout lands once each build's construction starts.

The $3,000 is not an extra cost charged to your friend. It comes from us - they see the same price either way.

The fine print

The $3,000 referral reward is paid once the referred client's construction has started on site. Referrals are only paid when the referral form is filled out prior to any other contact between Kolb Homes and the referred client - the referral must come first. One reward per signed-up client; no limit on how many clients you refer.
